Our good friends from Akronym Brewing came down to help us brew a crushable & juicy Pale Ale. Carolina Malt House Pale malt, Flaked Oats and Flaked wheat create a clean and soft base. A touch of Rakau hops in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Rakau & Ekuanot lead to notes of  melon, papaya, stone fruit and a touch of citrus
